Waiver / liability release

I am fully aware of and appreciate the risks, including the risk of catastrophic injury, paralysis, and even death, as well as other damages and losses, associated with participation in gymnastics, and I release Orange Kids Gymnastics, LLC from all liability due to injuries relating to these activities.

I hereby give my consent for Orange Kids Gymnastics, LLC and its agents to select emergency care in case of a serious injury, if the parents, doctor or family cannot be contacted.

I also give my agreement to the publication of videos and photos of exercise classes with my child on social networks.

The tuition is charged on the day a student is enrolled in the class and will be automatically charged on the same day of each following month (for example, if a student is enrolled on 4/23, the next charges will occur on 5/23, 6/23, and so on).

Membership cancellation must be submitted (send text message by phone or email) at least 30 days before the next billing date.
The following month is considered paid and should be attended. Any card payment add 3% processing fee.
Paid tuition secures the student’s spot in the class and is non-refundable.
There are no exceptions to this policy, except in cases of system error.
